I think I really am a heretic--GO ME!
So, last night was the second to last meeting of the scary and backwards women's bible study group I've been attending, and I have never felt more alienated which really ticks me off.The old lady who runs it is a judgmental narcissist who barely interacts with me during the class but she is sure to shower her "good students" with plenty of smiles--wow, thanks for the kindness towards people with differing opinions...NOT!
She's now making nasty comments about Pres. Obama which is an extremely bad idea because she has no idea what political party the women in the group are and she doesn't seem to care if she is offending anyone. Now I have learned some interesting information about women saints and I did like the chapter on forgiveness, but over all, the group meetings have completely freaked me out. I will be glad for the last class.
