I just had no idea it would be so sudden.
As of last night, Stephanie's been having trouble breathing. Supposedly she was going to go to the hospital if it got worse, and supposedly she's gone to the doctor this morning. She was supposed to contact me to tell me what the doctor said.

We sat on the beach for hours.
I got my palm read, we admired popcorn stitches.
We watched the sun set, held hands, she starts stroking mine.

We moved to the empty amphitheatre... and we kissed.
And kissed, and kissed, and kissed.

Life is pretty for a little while.

I spent three and a half hours on the phone with Steph.
We talked about all sorts of things...
She decided that she'd rather I don't come with her to treatment tomorrow, but that she wants to meet me outside the hospital, so that's what we're doing.

Treatment starts on Sunday.
I'll be bringing ice cream to the hospital.
