we were initially going to do the hotel thing, but as seeing as theres much going on on-site, we've been talking about camping. Kari's in charge of tent stuff, but if you can somehow snag us a tent, thatd probably save her the trouble =) I'll be bringing my guitar down, and considering shipping methods of getting my doumbek down there also

Yes there's a crapload of stuff we'll be doing at the campsite. You have MUCH need bring your instruments. Big Jam session planned by the roaring fire.

I'll talk with Michael, we have an extra tent and I'll make sure he hasn't reserved it to anyone else yet and I'll let you guys know.

I've submitted the paperwork and I'll be flying out of here on the 29th. Unfortunately I have to say pencil me in because I need to get approval from the camp manager. It doesn't look like it'll be an issue but, yuh neva know. I'll be in the states all of 5 days.

I plan to pick up another tent and I'll be bringing my own sleeping bag...AND I'll be flying in to Houston but, I'll get a rental car. I'm a big boy and I can looked out for myself so no need to go out of your way..I appreciate the sentiment even before you sentiment it. I don't have any real "garb" but I do have an authentic haji costume that could probably get me shot in Texas, so I'll stick with shorts, t-shirt and a drinking mug. I have lots of alcohol consumption to catch up on.

I guess the only real question is...what do you want from the land of dirt and oil?

That is beyond freakin awesome that you're going to make it out here for this. It'll be one helluva party now!!!!!!!! You have no idea how happy I am that you're going to make it. And I'm still gonna sentiment it. I have to go pick up Michael's brother from the airport already so really if you need me to I will. You name it and I'll do it to make it easier for ya.

We've got a spot "Inked" for you, even if for some reason you don't get your approval, we'll still have a drinking mug set aside for the Gambitman to toast to.

So do you need a place to stay, other than camping, for the rest of your days back here?? Like I offered before, you always have an open invite to stay at our place.
