The Weekend Conclusion
Had a pretty good weekend. I left a pair of my favorite pants hanging back in the hotel room, gotta call later to see if housekeeping stole them or not. For the price, the hotel we had wasn't bad. The Upper West side is a nice part of town, plenty of places to eat. I'd go back soon. Spent the weekend with good people. We saw Tracy Morgan at the Virgin store, he was lookin a bit rough. Saw an O-4 in the middle of Canal Street, WEIRD! And on the train, it never fails, all cadets sit in the same car, even at 0100.
Bought a scratch off ticket, helped someone pick out green tea, ate good food, and used some Chinese. Never failed, everytime we had to choose a direction, we picked the wrong direction, haha. I drank everything but water this weekend, and I liked it, minus the part of everything being cheaper than water.
Loved it., loved the time and the people. We even found a $1 hotdog stand...after searching for hotdogs for hours.
Have a LOT of shit due this week, but I knew the consequences of taking a vacation. Worth it.
Changed my major to Engineering Psychology, I'm ecstatic, but you can't tell by the tone of this post. It's resolved a lot of the issues I've been having, hopefully permenantly. It's a great fit for my personality and my interests. Plus, if I feel like I need to, I can always go back to school for masters or grad studies in a more specific field, taking whatever specific field classes I need. I'm excited to start, but I HATE math, so boo the math part. I'll be an engineer at last!
