Mini Vaca
Going to da city! Looking forward to a good weekend off and some good seafood if we can find it. It'll be an adventure, for sure, and we won't even really have to go anywhere, getting there is fun enough.
I'll just be sad when it's over.
Gray period sure is holding up its end of the bargain. The "Gray Period" is the time at West Point from November until about February when the dominating weather forecast is "dark, gray, rainy, overcast, high: something cold, low: something ridiculously cold." Really, the weather is usually gray, which makes it depressing since the stone, our uniforms, and everything else from the ground to the sky is gray. Even our printers are gray: they don't print in color, only grascale.
I'll buy some scratch off tickets in the city. I forgot how much of a cherished childhood memory they were...a ghetto memory, but one of my favorites nonetheless.
