Okay this summer I've been trying to run more, but whenever I run I get cramps, (yes i've tried the breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.) So does anybody have any suggestions ( Read more... )

You should start running shorter distances like if ur running a lap, run a lap for like a week and then like slowly go to two and then three...and so on

i used to do that

sounds like you have athsma gurlfriend =( best way to help that is excerise your lungs a little, and get an inhaler! &come running with me, i started to this summer...but then deborah and stuff..and i need to start agaiN!
