Okay this summer I've been trying to run more, but whenever I run I get cramps, (yes i've tried the breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.) So does anybody have any suggestions

You should start running shorter distances like if ur running a lap, run a lap for like a week and then like slowly go to two and then three...and so on
sounds like you have athsma gurlfriend =( best way to help that is excerise your lungs a little, and get an inhaler! &come running with me, i started to this summer...but then deborah and stuff..and i need to start agaiN!
