Okay this summer I've been trying to run more, but whenever I run I get cramps, (yes i've tried the breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.) So does anybody have any suggestions? Also i'm having problems breathing when I run long distances, is this because i;m out of shape, or do I have something similar to athsma.? When I breathe in it feels like im not recieving enogh air in my lungs it stings, and I start to cough and choke. One more thing:) Energy. I f eel like im always out of it. Any energy bars that you actually know if they work.? IF YOU HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS PLEASE TELL ME:)
