I love getting personal mail. Why don't more people write actual notes and letters? (I know it's because of email, etc.) Perhaps I should send more notes and letters, even postcards. *ponders*

Mail service has improved. Netflix is finally only taking a day to get from Baton Rouge instead of a week or more! Hooray! Now test out how long it takes for mail to get from your house to ours, i.e., send me birthday mail. :) This makes me so happy. Yay, mail!

This week we got two Christmas cards, both postmarked December 19. It took them over a month to get to us. I bet they were just sitting around in some post office all that time.

We are going to see about adopting a cat this weekend. I hope we find one we like and that likes us!
