Things are really starting to happen, the wheel is in motion, and the ball is rolling folks!
On the other hand I just called to talk to the financial aid office at my school and the lady was such a bitch that I actually stopped her mid-conversation and said that she must be having a hard day but that I really did not appreciate the way she was talking to me. I mean really. And then she didn't apologize and continued saying the same thing. I hate when people assume you are going to be an asshole on the phone before they even pick it up and talk to you. Prejudice sucks.
