As I was driving home from school the other day I had the thought that going fast on the freeway is normal for me - as in, I do it a lot and it feels right.  At the beginning of the last century, going 65 miles an hour in a personal vehicle wasn't really a possibility.  The earliest vehicles, as far as I know, simply did not go that fast, though ( Read more... )
