So that is the name of the bar/cafe that my friends and I went to (cuz I couldn't think of a more decent title) after watching Swan Lake as performed by the Russian Ballet, which was amazing. I really do like watching men dance though, the strength, the jumps, the things they can do just because on an average men are stronger than women. It's the same reason I prefer watching male ice skaters. But yes, the jester for the royal court was amazing.... wished I could've watched him longer. Ah well.
Afterwards my friends and I went for drinks. The weather was awesome and we were all dressed up. In Taiwan, if you have an outdoor table most bars will settle your bill with you when they bring you your drinks to avoid walk outs, the waiter informed us of this a few times as he somewhat apologetically took our money. This was a bad move on his part as it planted an idea in my head, which only announced itself repeatedly in increasing volumes as my blood alcohol level increased. Our last order was a 250 NTD drink and a 2000 NTD bottle of white wine, roughly 70 USD worth of alcohol. Oddly our money wasn't collected immediately this time and after leisurely (ok, maybe I drank my friend's last half glass of wine in a hurry) our drinks we stepped to the curb and went home.
Whoops.
Last time I stepped out on a tab was during a particularly bad date but I left the guy sitting there at the table, so maybe he paid. Maybe.
