Work Crisis Solution
The most idiotic comment a student made to me last week was about the current job crisis in the US.
His solution? Take all the jobs away from non-deserving immigrants, regardless of whether or not they are illegal, have green cards or even US citizenship. He believes that unless you are born in the US you should have your job taken away from you so that "real" citizens can have a job.
What. The. Fuck.
Yet, it's perfectly okay for him to have a job as an English teacher here in a foreign country. Blind double standards.
