"tomorrow is the last lunch of this semester, whatever happened to our potluck and amazing lunches we were going to have this week?"
"we can still do something. how about waffles? I have a waffle iron."
"no, I did that last year and it took too long. I want pancakes."
"but a waffle iron would be easier."
"I have a little electric fryer. pancakes could work."
"I'll bring batter."
"I've got the syrup."

*everyone huddled around the fryer trying to hide it*
"I was making this batter in spanish class today."
"everyone was following me because I told them what I was doing."
"so this is the best lunch ever, you guys!"
"yeah, everyone is in there eating square cheese pizza, ha!"
"I've got hot fresh chocolate chip pancakes out here!"
