Wondering
I like most people have their closet on Pinterest. What they would wear if they could, dared, had the money to, or other considerations. I wonder what would happen if people dressed the way they wanted to, instead of the way the fashion industry wanted them to.
How many would don cloaks and long dresses, how many would start going to work in corsets, how many would wear nice loose tunics and flowing garments? How many people would we see walking around as they would want to?
I am not saying strap a sword to your hip and go as a pirate, I mean there are laws to be observed. But I would certainly dress more to MY loves and tastes, rather than in pants and clothing choices designed to make me disappear into the landscape so that they cannot see that I don't want to wear what they tell me to.
What would happen if this year, we all just said fukit and made the clothes we wanted to wear, and wore them?
