Hmm....
Started our second ICC team. I'm a little worried because I want them to pwn face in the first wing. They probably will in a try or two. Last week they pwn'd trash and Marrowgar before Silveran got seriously ill. Also, we may need a better cast of toons in there, mix-wise. The players should all rock.
Spent part of the week arguing over nothing with Cole. We do this, unfortunately. I think it's because we're close enough friends that we can and also we don't have time to communicate well. We both have too much incoming. At least, I do. Ari and Cole and Bonefire are trying to change that. It's helping some. I actually had a mostly peaceful day yesterday. Oh, Cole and I are fine. He's still great :)
Other developments: I've been hanging out some with Ra, despite his girl-chasing reputation :P He's been really nice to me and quite helpful. I'm trying to continually make the guild better by whatever means I can and we've been comparing guild ranks, strategies, etc. It makes me feel a lot less noobish to hear that how we run our raiding is very similar to Instinct.
Invited a couple if people this week who left. It's ok - I didn't care for them much. Ari and I ran some new players in Ulduar because they weren't up to Ony or ToC. We did ok and saw that we have another ICC tank ready. Not sure what we're going to do with all these pallies :P
Running a screenshot contest for the guild - prize is an iPod Shuffle. West's gf had her baby - I'm sooooo happy for them :)
