Hey y'all. Hope your Christmases were nice, if you celebrate it. I wrote two Christmasy drabbles earlier while waiting for my sister to pick me up. So I thought I'd post them
Title Presents I
Characters Leah Clearwater, Jacob Black

She bites her lip nervously. “I didn’t have time to wrap this one,” she says, moves her hands from behind her back. “It’s, uh,” she starts.
Jacob laughs and grabs the hat from her. He turns it over in his hands, studying its uneven stitching and odd pattern. His face lights up. “You made this?”
She sighs and forces a smile. “They say most of your heat escapes from your head. And I mean, it snows all the damn time here. And I mean, I know that you don’t get cold, but-” Jacob stops her, envelops her in a kiss.

The last one Jacob has her open is in a small bag with tissue paper overflowing from inside. Leah grabs the paper, balls it up and throws it across the room. She peers inside the bag and there it is.
That robin blue box that every girl desires. She looks up to Jacob uneasily and he shrugs and says, “Just open it.”
So she does.
And it’s empty.
Jacob takes the box and holds her hands in his. “I give you my exclusive attention.”
She doesn’t get it at first, but soon tears of joy are streaming down her cheeks.
