I approve of the shirtless Benzaie and HP!Film Brain. Handsome Tom looks just smashing but no idea who Phelous is suppose to be.

I have heard about this before, I think everyone had; a sitcom idea so preposterous, so ridiculous, so tasteless, it's hard to imagine anyone actually agreeing to have it filmed and aired. And yet, someone had and I assume it was more than one person.
