Torchwood - Another Life the book

Hey kids! How’s it hanging? I’ve noticed that lately I’ve been only talking about Torchwood the tv series or comic books, so how about a change? How about if I write something about… Torchwood a book?

Yes, got my greedy little hands on a thing called Another Life, which is the first novel in the Torchwood books series. It’s been a good read, though it takes place at the beginning of the first series and it’s pre-Ianto/Jack, when Lisa is still in the basement and Gwen is still the new girl. You may want to read it, it’s not Marcel Proust (hehe) but it’s entertaining, there are a few rather nice Jack and Ianto flirt scenes and there’s one part that may interest you all.

"When Owen’s eyes adjusted to the contrast, he realised it was Ianto who’d woken him by pushing his shoulder. It wasn’t like him to touch Owen, to touch any of them really. The lad could throw the Torchwood SUV into a hairpin turn, knock a Weevil down with a well-placed blow, and run a hundred meters like Christian Malcolm. But he wasn’t the sort to put a comforting arm around someone or punch them playfully on the arm and he’d rather die than hug you. Ianto never gave a second look to Gwen or Toshiko. And Jack was always hitting on him, so he was probably gay, hiding in the closet with the lights off and hoping no one could hear him breathing."

So they are all bisexual, all of them, no exceptions and they don’t realize that. And some people call those who slash any two characters "delusional"... *shakes head*
