Beach!
Went to beach with COUP and other friends. It was lots of fun, but I am totally wiped out. This is partly due to a nasty shoulder sunburn brought about due to (a) spreading a new brand of sunblock too thin, and (b) thinking it would last through three hours of being hit by waves. Ah well.
*yawn* Too tired for groceries. Will pick up pizza for dinner and milk for breakfast from nearby location and deal with the rest later.
Port City Java's mocha shakes are still about the best thing ever. Shocking but true. Also, discovered their raspberry and white chocolate scones. Yum.
Jonah and Kevin's classic mixed drinks were kinda tasty. I think I'm developing a tolerance for stronger stuff. Wouldn't have liked them at all a few years ago. Mudslides are still more my speed though, I'm afraid.
Last weekend I went to a wedding on akiko's side of the family up in Maryland, which was also reasonably fun. Next weekend, more friends coming here; fun and yummy food will be had I'm sure. Then, I will need a vacation from my vacations. Of course not to long after that is DragonCon.... gah.
