Checking in
I've been on the road the last couple days and thus haven't posted anything about Isis, but I wanted to say thank to everyone who sent well-wishes in response to akiko's posts and elsewhere. So, thanks.
Edit: I suppose posting just that is unfair to the few people who read my journal but not hers. Our oldest cat, Isis, who recently started treatment for diabetes (which is going well) was just additionally diagnosed with lymphoma. We'll know more about her prospects after we meet with the oncologist on Monday. We're... hanging in there.
