The mission to Tartarus yesterday had went with minimal complication, and is a success if I do say so myself. (Still wandering around the third floor corridor, hawking his 'wares'.)

"Limited time offe- hm...."

(Stops as a familiar presence impinges on his awareness)

"Ah... Taka-taka was right it appears... although I still think it smells more of diamonds and sharp tools of death than flowers."

(Stepping forward and rapping boldly on the door)

"Guess... who's... here...~" (said in a sing-song voice)

*cringes slightly* That voice, that tone...oh mon dieu, don't tell me...Yamada?

[yamada_touya]

"Wow - got it in one. And you didn't have to shoot yourself in the head to do it," Touya grinned as he leaned against the doorway, arms akimbo.

"Didja miss me? I tell you, I just haven't been able to get enough exercise without you chasing me around the room with sharp implements."

It appears she had taken too long to decide and was forced into her second choice when Touya appeared at her doorway.

"Seeing as you haven't changed at all, no." She bluntly replied, resisting the urge to correct that there were no actual sharp implements during those days (well, she might confess to a rolled up notebook and an unsuspecting book or two, but those were it. Really.)...and if anything were to be considered 'sharp', then they would have been her warnings for him to cease his questions beforehand.

[yamada_touya]

"I think I've grown a centimeter or two actually," Touya grinned, comparing their respective heights. For awhile, back in the day, Mitsuru had been taller than him - alas girls and their early puberty - adding to her already intimidating presence.

He held his hands up in a gesture of surrender.

"Today though, I come in peace. Just thought I'd say hello to my new 'senpai'," he grinned, seeing as last year they had been peers, "And to ask beforehand if there were any NEW things you'd like to add to the list of "Things Touya Must Never Do" - I mean, now that we're living together and all."

He grinned at her innocently.

Mitsuru quickly studied him to prove his claim, it wasn't noticeable at first, but true enough, they were actually standing more eye-to-eye now.

She couldn't help but grow wary when he threw up his hands, her mind already forming a theory as to what Touya might secretly be plotting in his head, as she didn't know him to be someone who'd surrender so quickly.

"...yes, I forgot about your...incident...however, I did not know much detail that concerns it and originally assumed you were transferred out. Being your senpai...this will be...strange." Slowly, she allowed her frown to ease into a neutral expression. "Apart from the usual and 'No breaking and entering your Dorm mates rooms.', the rest remains to be seen."

'Not that I expect you to actually follow any of these things', she added to herself mentally. No, he was definitely plotting something, and his feigning of innocence only added to her suspicion.

[yamada_touya]

"Nah, I never did manage to find evidence that Mr. Kizuna was involved in student extortion... But I did nab some photos of him and his mistress once, and he must have been afraid that I'd expose him or something, so he didn't ask for complete expulsion."

Touya shrugged. "Why would I expose that? It's no secret - everyone knows about it. Booo~ring."

He grinned widely at Mitsuru. "No breaking and entering the rooms of my dorm mates eh?" The emphasis on the words was very subtle. "I can live with that."

Touya then cleared his throat. "Well, then, now it's my turn ~ I have a few Rules of my own I would like to suggest... Fair is fair after all, neh Senpai?"

[kirijou]

"I'm listening." Mitsuru knew that she definitely wouldn't like whatever Touya was going to suggest, but if it was something remotely reseasonable, then she might try oblige to his request and hope he does the same with hers. Afterall, she didn't need to catch the slight emphasis when he repeated her request for his dorm mates' privacy to know that he'd find a loophole around it.

(ooc:btw, about the new social link thingy, what do you suppose their link would have been?)

(Clears throat)

"Ahem."

"Well here are my main priorities:

(1) All SEES Members must share all their secrets with one another

(2) If a SEES Member cannot share his or her secrets freely with everyone else, he or she must at least tell Touya;

(3) Did I mention that secrets are banned? BANNED.

(4) No - wait - the only secrets allowed are secret entrances into and out of the SEES Secret Headquarters (i.e. the Dorm)

(5) Girls must wear skin-tight uniforms. Boys must NOT wear skin tight uniforms.

(6)..."

[OOC: *laughs* Well it depends on whether Mitsu has developed a certain amount of fondness or immunity to Touya over time. Touya for his part likes Mitsuru a lot so its Mitsu's feelings which determines the level ^^]

"Absolutely not!" She quickly interrupted him, appalled by his outrageous suggestions.

(ooc: Hmm...perhaps a 1 for now as a starting point? Because while he has sort of grown on her over time and while she isn't too fond of his antics, she doesn't actually hate him and has developed a strange fondness/sort of immunity towards him as you say? *quickly runs back to class*)

[yamada_touya]

"Bu- wha?!?" Touya gaped.

"But I have twenty-three more!"

[OOC: Phew, glad to know she doesn't hate him, since he is quite fond of MitsuMitsu. 1 it is then ^_^]

"If they're as ridiculous as the ones you've already mentioned, then I'd rather not hear it."

"But how does one know something is ridiculous without making an attempt? Is that not a metaphor for our never-ending struggle against the Shadow?"

(Looks at her with earnest eyes, inwardly aware that he hasn't even set foot in Tartarus yet)

"Still, it's comforting to know that, while change is good, there are some things in this world that don't change, like you Mitsu-Mistu..."

[kirijou]

That was certainly something Mitsuru didn't expect him to say and she found herself speechless, confused by his unfamiliar actions and words.

"What..." She started, trending carefully "do you mean?"

[yamada_touya]

"Oh nothing... just that you're still totally my crush when you're angry."

Touya grins, and sketches a bow at the beautiful girl.

"Are you certain you would not like to join me in my quest to properly structure the Student Entertainment and Excitement Society?"

[kirijou]

"I...suppose I'm flattered." She replied cautiously, slowly regaining her usual composure "Unfortunately as your request involves me wearing a less-than-decent costume, I'd have to decline."
