So Wednesday was acanthusleaf's birthday, or at least the observance of it, and her fabulous apprentice organized a birthday dinner and drinks for her. Well, I had a lovely Thanksgiving break. I was home from Saturday night to Friday morning, when I headed for Fresno to see Tom. I got voice practicing and a bit of piano practicing done, which was nice. I got the Prince Orlofsky aria from Die Fleidermaus memorized, so I can use it for the opera audition tomorrow.
