(no subject)
WELL...today was semi-fun! I managed to miss breakfast like I planned and woke up just in time for lunch! I was bored in my prison cell until Alex contacted me about going to Wal-mart with his friends Ingrid and Alissa! It rained, the light at University and Colonial was longgggg. It seems that other drivers got pissed and decided to turn right into the lane that goes straight to the university...so I ended up slowly inching up. I saw the left turn arrow turn GREEN 3 times before the cars in front of me started turning! Anyways, like I said...it was raining, Alex called while I was driving to inform me that he was already there...I kinda missed my turn and finally realized that when I saw some really really unfamiliar apartments and stuff. There were a lot of confusion on my behalf when the left lane kept ending. I freaked out, called Alex, did a U-turn thingy and finally found the place! When I went in, I had to call Alex to ask him where he was because HE KEPT MOVING! Haha...I didn't have my umbrella with me so Alex asked me why I wasn't wet...'I skipped between the drops!' :-D
Ok, Alissa showed up and we had trouble looking for Ingrid so Alissa tried to find another shopping cart while Alex and I followed because we didn't want to lose her too, none there so we had to scout the store for Ingrid. Found her but Alex and I kinda created a scene in the cookies isle and both of us apologized to Alissa before she could complete her 'I don't know those 2' and leave! :-P Then Alex and Alissa ganged up on poor little me! Alex had to hold me down while Alissa tried to take my groceries to put in the big and full shopping cart! *pouts* Same thing happened in the Candy section and I was told 'NO PIXY STIXS FOR YOU!' courtesy of Alex. The frozen food section was amusing, I couldn't stop talking about the mashed potatoes that came with the TV dinners! Haha, Alissa used the self-check out thingy to scan and pay for her items first...I had trouble with the self-check out thingy again. This time, one of my items went FLYING and missed the scanner thingy so we had to get help, the guy scanned in a card and it seemed ok. After I was done, it was Alex's and then later Ingrid's turn. It was amusing cause I was attempting to help Alissa bag the groceries and um...yea...you had to have been there to find it amusing!
Anyways, i'm back in my jail cell, writing about my day and totally looking forward to tomorrow! There's gonna be free food, free giveaways and FREE ICE CREAM! What more can a girl like me ask for? :-D
