AKA, OMFG.

How the hell did I *not* find out that Michael Vartan is currently on the same cotinental plate that I am? Huh? How does that glossed over? Why did iF (Inside Film Magazine) not mention that Greg McLean was making another film here so quickly? That it's being made in the NT and is called Rogue. WTH?

I saw a scan from an NT newspaper over vartanho.com (gee, I'm on my sister's computer right now, you just know she's gonna have some questions when she sees that in the site history list), from a few days ago. But how the hell does this happen?

Oh yeah. Channel Seven plays Alias in Australia at least six months after it was shown in the US (by which stage the truly savvy fans would have Dled the series, or gone to other desperate measures) and the non-fanny fans either give up staying up so late to watch the show or decide to wait for the DVD (myself included... though I never thought I'd see the day I described mysef as a non-fanny fan of Alias...) And he's in the NT! And cause Alias plays on Seven and Seven doesn't have any sort of talk/interview show, no one is gonna interview him for television. Well, maybe Sunrise, but somehow I don't think that will happen. But I live in hope. Dammit, C7 needs a talk show. Like Rove, but better, and different.

Seven, I'm free if you need me...

LOL! Yes, I'm bitter about Aussie TV - shows, networks, production companies, et al - and apparantly I'm not the only wannabe out there who is (found about six Aussie screenwriter blogs today. Wheeeeeee!) but darn it... it's just so much fun, too.
