Yes, the 24 season finale was pretty awesome. It just had to cliffhanger us into another season though...that was expected, given the events of seasons four and five. Great great stuff. January 2007 can not come any slower.
Xenogears is pretty sweet. Most elements of a typical Square RPG are present, along with a better battle system, and a very convoluted, controversial-ish storyline. I read before about how this game was marketed in the US under the radar, and now I know why. Anyway, good stuff.
We watched 'Rent' tonight. Going in, I didn't think I'd like it that much, but I actually really enjoyed it. Usually, I try to take a story and see if it relates to me, and if it doesn't, I might just disregard it (don't get me wrong, I'm not that self-centered or something). I couldn't really apply this story to myself, but I still really enjoyed it.
When I came home, I layed on my car for a full five minutes because the sky was so clear and the stars were really pretty :) I can't remember the last time I just sat and looked at the stars. I love it :) They put me in a wistful happy mood. Awesome.
Hooray for Aerospace Engineering, I get to work on getting us closer to those stars :)
