And the preview for the next new episode looked so fun too. It has the Kouyuu/Ryuuki/Shuuei trio in it and it has been so long since the focus has been on those three together. After seeing the preview I realized how much I missed those 3, especially Kouyuu and Shuuei since Ryuuki had a few scenes here and there in this arc.

Stupid recap episodes fjfjfdsddj. The new episodes won't air until September 8th.

Despite really missing Shuurei being in the capital (I am extremely biased towards those characters) this arc was for the most part really well done. I felt the whole cult thing was a bit of a let down (but then the magical aspect of the series has never interested me that much in this series) but the whole disease side story was very interesting. I especially liked how they used a real disease and had to cure it using non-fantasy means. I also really liked Shuuran. I loved how she said she wanted to grow up to be like Shuurei in this last episode. I also liked the whole Eigetsu/Yougetsu thing and while the writers did cop out a little by not killing Eigetsu I love the Kourin/Eigetsu pairing too much to really care. I think they should have left Sakujin dead though. Oh and there was so much development for this pairing in this arc. Of course Ryuuren keeps messing everything up. It was so funny how pissed Kourin got at Ryuuren (he was another welcome addition to these episodes) XDDDDD

And despite Ryuuki and Shuurei not being together in this arc (another reason I can't wait for Shuurei to return to the capital) their relationship developed too with Shuurei showing the first real signs that the feelings between her and Ryuuki are not just one sided on Ryuuki's part. Not to mention Ryuuki learning to embroidery for Shuurei was hilarious. Though he ended up doing a pretty decent job. :D
