Various Kyoto Pictures
I know it's silly but I am already missing Japan so much and thinking about all the things I didn't have time to do. I am thinking to myself maybe I can go next Thanksgiving when I have 2 days off of work. Of course considering I want to move this coming Summer and traveling to Japan is not cheap that is probably not the most realistic thought but well one can dream.
Anyways here are some more pictures of Kyoto. Not counting Fushimi Inari & Arashiyama, I only had one day around the Kyoto shrines/temples so I only ended up seeing 3 sites again (2 of which I went on my last trip). There's so much to see in Kyoto and I always end up spending so much time at each shrine (especially Kiyomizu-Dera) that there is never enough time to see everything I want. But I did love what I saw.
One day I am going to see this site when there are flowers or leaves on the trees
But I love Kiyomizu-Dera, one of my favorite places in Japan. Obviously because I went there twice
Missed this on my last trip to Japan so was happy to see it this time
No pictures because I thought it would be rude but we did see some Maiko (Geisha apprentice) rushing to their appointments. This street was really beautiful at night but unfortunately I don't think my photos do it justice
We went to Arashiyama during Hanatouro and saw the Bamboo forest lit up at night
We stayed at Ryokan Shimizu which I would definitely stay at again. Definitely the best place we stayed at in Japan
