Sort of 30 Day Meme~Favorite Relationships Part 4

I am trying not to have so many FMA answers but it is a bit hard:

10. Least Favorite Pairing: Zuko & Katara (Avatar)

I might dislike Ed/Envy more (but I have enough FMA already) and Zuko/Katara are high up there on my dislike list. The fandom just annoys me to no end. And it's not even that I am a huge fan of Aang/Katara but I would take that pairing over Zuko/Katara any day. Don't get me wrong I like the enemies turn into friends/lovers storyline a lot. But I usually need to see compassion, something that shows that these characters are more than enemies first. Zuko kidnapping Katara and stealing her necklace does not count.

And oddly enough when Zuko did join the Gaang his interaction with Katara was my least favorite. I guess I did like Zuko & Katara's interaction in the finale but still I would ship Zuko with Aang, Sokka, & Toph well before Katara. Of course I ship him with Mai but that is for another post.

11. An OT3 or Threesome: Youko, Shoukei, & Suzu (Twelve Kingdoms)

Awesome ladies are awesome. Twelve Kingdoms is one of the only "girl goes into a fantasy world" that doesn't focus on her falling in love with a male character. Instead Youko actually has to learn how to grow into a competent ruler. It's an awesome story. And part of the story is Youko's connection with these two other girls who are all about the same age. Each girl is flawed in the beginning of the story but they all grow and develop and overcome those flaws. Although Youko, Shoukei and Suzu only have a small amount of screen time together, you know they are going to totally be awesome together & great allies in the end.

12. Favorite Animal/Person Duo: Mei & Xiao Mei (Fullmetal Alchemist)

I tried to think of another one because I knew there is already so much FMA (& more to come) but these two are just so adorable. I especially love how Xiao Mei always mimics Mei's moves. XD
