City of Death OMG
Okay I only watched the first two parts so far and I am already in complete love with this arc. It's so well written, but could I expect any less from Douglas Adams?

I also discovered that I really need to read Dirk Gently's Detective Agency. For some reason I had thought I already read this but I had it confused with The Dark Tea Time of the Soul (which is the sequel, don't ask how I ended up reading that first.) Next time I am in a book store I will either buy it or reserve this book for sure.
And I love the 4th Doctor. I wasn't 100% sure in Genesis of the Daleks. Which was a great story but I think its hard to gauge a Doctor in a serious story.
Romana II is really cute also. I can't say I like her as much as Sarah Jane (and I still don't ship Romana with the Doctor either :P) but she is cute and she has a wonderful sense of style.
I think I am really writing about Doctor Who stuff too much lately. My obsessions come on pretty randomly don't they?
