new arcade obsession a.k.a. AHHH!!! MY MONEY!!!
it's such a shame that the drum machine costs about...1.5 times that of the para and ddr machines...
yup, so i guess you can figure out which arcade machine i'm now hooked on. XDD!!!! well, it's LOADS easier (to me at least) than the guitar one. angel_ng seems really good at the guitar game, so we've been playing the joint play mode!!! XDD!!! so much fun!!! plus for certain songs, she keeps me going, some i keep her going... SUPER fun. i think i'll go get my own drumsticks!!!
i could get them from the plaza singapura yamaha shop, but i think it's kinda expensive...how much DOES a pair of drumsticks cost anyway??? the arcade ones make this weird clicky noise...and the frayed wires scratch and poke me and my poor jeans. ><
my TAPZ card total so far is $384.00, so i need another $116.00 to qualify for the MIP card. the only diff, really (if you consider that fact that i don't go to X-SQUARE) is the $10 birthday thing.
but i might as well enjoy myself while working my way slowly towards that mark. okay, okay, so it's not really a slow journey, compared to other people. i suppose i DO spend more than the average person on arcading. but hey, it makes me happy. some people go to the movies, others play games on the computer or gaming platform. i prefer the arcade. so sue me.
the ddr/para arcade showdown is still on, but now i think i'll focus on playing only those songs i either can't play well, or new songs, on ddr and para. my new focus shall be drum mania!!! XDD!!! i'm not super good or anything, but i at least have basic coordination. i'm not a TOTAL flop at it. i shall get better!!! druuuuuuuuuuuuuumsticccccccccccckkkkkkkkkkkksssss!!! v.v
