Captain Ky Kiske, you are in charge of overseeing his defense, and informing the accused of their rights. If the pre-trial reveals evidence that will help Reeve Tuesti's innocence, then we will remove the charges against him. However, as the charges have been pressed.. you will understand that such will not entirely be the case. This is to complete the formality of us making sure his voice is heard.
Cait Sith is to be present with him prior to the pre-trial. They will be judged together.
In three days time, we will begin.
So far, their suspicion continues to be tested. It is all according to plan, then. L, are you watching? To create a world of justice, one must get rid of the fools that question it. And I will be the very reaper that does it.

The Halloween Festivities seem to look rather pleasant. It will do well for people to remember not to forget their behavior when the proposed gatherings begin. Hm.. those students at the Host Club do seem to have the right idea in manners. Keep it up. Maybe I'll suggest Misa to visit there..
