I had an interview yesterday that I think went well, for a Commercial Paralegal job. It isn't quite what I want to "do with my life" but it pays well and would be a good stepping stone for other things, plus I could probably keep it while I got a Masters at night if I wanted. The lawyer I would work for seems really sweet, and she has to have her shit together more than the PI guy.
My Vogue patterns go on sale this Thursday, so we can start making sham (or real, depending on how cheap various fabrics are) wedding dresses this week. I might have found a place to have the wedding- a place called Chota Falls, if it isn't exorbitant. It's a little far away (Clayton, about a 2-hour drive), but a good 1/2 of our guests are from out of town anyway and this place has a lodge they could stay at. www.chotafalls.com, if anyone is interested, or

So fingers crossed all around. I'm off to go spend my day at the library, reading and writing.
