Bad Timing.
While this is the absolute worst time for me to be blogging, I'm going to do it anyways. It'll be short and it wont explain nearly as much as I wish it could.
I'm mad.
The day after LeakyCon ends (monday), I have at least 3 major projects due. Then on Tuesday, I have a huge Math exam. One that might determined which colleges I can go to. (im in grade 9, doing gr 10 math. grade 10 marks are used for college applications)
There is no possible way I can do this.
Whilst having a panic attack, I told my mom about my dillema.
She got mad, thinking I am an unresponsible prat. She said "Well, maybe we will leave one day early from Leakycon."
I glared and said that this was an impossibility.
She said, "What are your priorities, Alex?"
"My grades are very important, I understand that. But I payed nearly 300$ (CAD) for LeakyCon, and I have been looking forward to it, and planning for it for 5 months. I wont let anything ruin my fun."
She shouted a bit. I shouted back. She said, "Well then you'll have to bring your homework there/"
I agreed, "i have all intentions of doing that. When I get home at midnight everynight, I will work on it."
Mother got mad. "Maybe you can MISS some events?!"
What, does she expect me to miss a wizard rock concert? A feast? A ball? An academic, informal or youth programming?
Impossible. I absolutely refuse.
I know my mom enough. She won't make me miss it. But she will get mad. We will scream and yell and cry.
The worst part is that I still dont have a solution for this.
What can I do?! I have NO time to do any of it.
(even now, i have two projects due tomorrow. it is already 10:30 pm. I need to work)
Please help me.
