So, in the continuing saga of someone hates my family, my brother gets to have the most fantastic of birthday presents. Surgery on his birthday. It seems he developed a hernia on Saturday. My brother continues to have the worst luck in the universe. Apparently, when they went up to Santa Barbara on Monday they discovered that he had a rat in the car engine.
