There's nothing quite like perspective.
I went to be on a Historic Night for the history books with the thoughts of "I was apart of that" to be woken up by the cat in the morning who says, complete with the look of utter disdain, "You insignificant creature who I deem to grace you with my presence with. Feed Me."
Maybe that's why Obama is getting his kids a puppy...
I was going to put something witty here about the stupidity of Prop 8's (so far) passing and it's talk about protecting our children... but I can't think of anything.
Also: They're DEAD JIM!!
