Reboots

So I just read that "Veronice Mars" is getting a reboot on Hulu. This in addition to "The L Word", "The Gilmour Girls", "Will and Grace", "Murphy Brown", and "Charmed" (w/o the original cast, tho). And to rub salt in the wound, it's the UK version of QAF that's supposed to be getting a reboot

I know what you mean my friend and I've been thinking the same thing, esp after reading about the an upcoming reboot of the UK version of QaF. I've never really watched the UK version though apart from snippets of it here and there on various BtS/interviews about 'our' QaF.

I have to admit that since the guys spoke about it on that now famous 'reunion panel' at ATX TV festival back in 2015 I was kind of hoping they might go ahead with it but with a reboot of the UK version in the works I can't see how they would be able to do another new QaF US.

Having said that I'm not sure I'm 100% behind the idea of a reboot tbh, since by definition a reboot is almost an all together new version of the original so... IDK. I would have LOVED to watch a reunion/revival on Hulu or on one of the other streaming services that are developing original content but IDK if it would be possible.

So... I guess we'll have to stick to watching 'our' show on YT (or on DVD *looks at DVD box* ) and/or continue to write more QaF fiction *note to self*

*sigh* Me, too. Even a one hour made-for-tv movie that shows what they've been up to. But, yeah, I don't think it's going to happen unfortunately. *sighs again*
