I hate people sometimes
Someone in my neighbourhood apparently has a puppy. And it has been outside all day. Crying. It's so sad, and it makes me want to go find whoever it is and tell them that if they can't be bothered to pay attention to their sad sad puppy, perhaps they should reconsider pet-ownership. Grrrrr.

I called animal control, and they did send someone out, but I swear, if I didn't know better I'd think I was in a TV show or something. When the lady called me to say she was in the neighbourhood, I pointed her in the right direction, and she said she'd drive by for a bit, and wouldn't you know it: for the next five or so minutes, the dog was quiet. But started up again very soon, presumably after the chick had left. Sigh... It's quiet now. Maybe they've finally brought it inside. Or maybe it's just taking a break again. Who knows. I just think it sounds so very very sad, and I think its owners are horrible.
