Apparently Sprint has unloaded around 1000 of their customer because they call too much. Sprint spokesman states that these were the customers who called 40 to 50 more than regular customer every month for problems which Sprint felt had been resolved to the best of their ability. Does this kind of go against their "..never stops working for you" slogan? I realize these are probably the absolute worst customers ever, but I don't think dumping them was the best idea. I mean if Sprint had a perfect network (They don't, they've even admitted to large scale problems since the acquisition of Nextel in 2005) then yeah dumping those customers would have been a smart course of actions. However, they don't so I and doing this makes me not want them as a provide, no matter how great a deal they give me.
