Weekend!
Had a good weekend. Friday we went to see Gavin DeGraw at Paradise. We've seen Gavin a little over a dozen times in the past 5 years. I think the last time we saw him was 2 years ago. He hasn't been touring as much. We got to Paradise an hour before doors opened and decided to eat at QDoba next door. When we got out there was a small line, but they told us anyone over 21 could go into the bar and wait. Well, the majority of the line was under 21, so we went in and had a few beers then we got let into the club. We found ourselves at the edge of the front row (didn't even plan on going near front row), Ed-side. The crowd was generally a mix of annoying college girls, douchebag college guys and cougars. I don't know where we fit into the mix, but it was a spectacle. It was a great show.
Saturday we had lunch with Jill, Jenne, Mike, and Cassidy at Cheesecake Factory up in Peabody. It was a fun and tasty event. We spent the rest of the afternoon wandering the North Shore mall. Today was a lazy day, did some food shopping and I got a haircut. Now it's the end of the day and it's back to work tomorrow. ugh.
