San Diegans Up for Pinback?
Hey there guys,
A great band called Pinback is playing two shows at the HOB in February. They are melodic, thoughtful, and extremely kick-ass. If you like meditative stuff like Great Lake Swimmers, Postal Service, or Iron and Wine you would probably dig Pinback. These are also local folks in the band as there are members from Heavy Vegetable, a band I used to here now and again when I was in school.
There's a pre-sale on right now and I'm getting a ticket for myself for the Wednesday (2/6) show...
You have to be a HOB member to buy tickets during the pre-sale but it only takes a second to sign up. Otherwise you can buy tickets on Friday morning at 10am.
