Things that make me angry:
2. Celebrity perfumes.
3. The hulabaloo over Peter Jennings. Don't feel bad for him. He was a chain smoker and an intelligent one at that. He knew what was coming and he lived a full life.
So, this weekend was good. First, the guys from the lab took me out for Ethiopian food. I was an Ethiopian food virgin, but now I'm glad I lost it. Ethiopian food is so much better than I could have ever anticipated. But I think one needs to go with only people with whom they are extremely comfortable since it is a communal dining experience and all. And yesterday I went to a picnic. There was canoeing and bocce ball and good food and frisbee and I even got stung by a bee. Oh, wait, that part sucked. That sting hurt like a bitch. And I didn't have any toothpaste with me so I put ice on it for a while. That got me through yesterday but now it's itching like mad again. At least it's not as bad as that time in elementary school when I stepped on a bee and my foot swelled up so bad I couldn't walk for a few days.
