When you said this was the first fic you've ever written, I did not expect the story to be how amazing and powerful it is. It's true to its dystopia name is and is absolutely heart crushing and beyond tragic. You wrote the story so well that I was sucked into it and made the mistake of forgetting that this is a dystopia fic. I don't think I've read another story that so great at sucking your heart into such happiness and then crushing it all with the SPN reality of Heaven-sucks.
I can't tell if I feel more sorrow for Dean or for Castiel, because oh-good-gods both of them have such shitty (yet very true to canon) lives here. So I'm just gonna go crawl into the corner with a box of tissues for both of them... *weeps*
Oh, thank you so much! I've written before, but nothing like this so it was a real challenge for me and your comment makes me feel that I succeed in what I tried to do and that all my work really paid off! So thank you again for reading and commenting! <33
oh wow. At first I was charmed by Cas' and Dean's relation/ship, but then they erased Dean's memory and all I wanted to do was sob. The end is so heart-wrenching. Are you sure there would not be a sequel? I loved the story, though, great job!
