I live..somehow...
Well I'm fresh off of one of the greatest weekends of my life ever. It started Thursday Morning, Nate called me up to help put together the ring. We met up with Torrac and Charlie at "Da Udder Place". Charlie had to go get the ring and took Nate with him. While they were gone Dirty Ernie and Sam Ellis showed up and we bs'ed abotu Wrestling for a while. Nate and Charlie got back and we started to haul in the equipment for the ring, man it was cold!!! We got the ring up in an hour and half or so.
After setting up the ring Dirty Ernie and Sam Ellis ran the ropes some to check the tightness of them. After they were done we were all hanging aroung the ring. I was on the ring apron hanging on the top rope, Ernie and Sam asked me if I wanted to flip in. I said sure, so They tugged the top rope while I attempted to flip in. OBviously I'm not too well trained in wrestling so I didn't tuck good enough to fully flip in so I ended up landing in the ring and almost broke my neck. Ernie and Sam Laughed at me as I gave th ethumbs up that I was okay, considering my head ended up under the bottom rope..
Andywho I left to get my pay check. and aspent my money while waiting to go back for the show. I got back at abotu 7:45PMish and hung out for a while. I noticed early on tha tsome people were coming in and kind of sitting near the ring area but no one was taking money for tickets. I asked Charlie if he had anyoen doing it and asked if he wanted me to do it for him. He said sure. So I was up front during the majority of the openign of the show including the opening match. But I hung out near the "Gimmick" Table, which is where Nora Grenwald(AKA Molly Holly) was stationed at so all was good for tha tnight. After the show I hung out with the wrestlers and a couple of other people at the hotel until 4:00 in the mornining.
Firday morning I manged to Drag Bert with me to help take apart the ring and move the ring to the armory. Charlie had me drive the van with all the Production equipment in it from da Udder Place to the Armory.So that wsa pretty cool that he had fate in me to do so. We put the ring up in there and me and Bert Left to get some food and kill some time until the show started. I had Bert drop me off for the show since he wanted to play at the shop some. I rather enjoyed this show becaus enot only did I help out at the "Gimmick" Table, but I also got to see Nate get chopped like 20 times int he ring. After the show I called Bert to come and help take apart the ring. I got a couple of pics of me with Nora and a couple of others as well. Also as an FYI Nora is only like 5ft 5in in height. She's totally Gorgous and absolutely HOTT!!! Anywho we took apart the ring I got to drive the Van to the Hotel and hung out ther with a some people and some of the wrestlers until about 1:20ish since Bert had to work at 8:30 in the morning.
So other then getitng my arse handed to me on Saturday at the Heroclix tournament the weekend was the best weekend ever...
