9am: coffee, banana, breakfast biscuits
1:30pm: prawn salad, tomato soup, slice of bread, choc chip muffin, orange and watermelon juice
5pm: orange juice drink
7pm: prawn, noodle and veg stir-fry. frube
10pm: an obscene quantity of chocolate and icecream

I've totally overdone it today, and now i feel like crap. Have also been up since 8:30am (my new waking-up time) and i've had no nap at all. Not good. I feel sick.
And i've got work tomorrow, in the most hectic coffee shop D:
