Happy birthday slam_bang!

Tolerance fails T-shirt test
Huh. Kids today.

Going to see Summer and Smoke tonight with ceebeegee. I've usually been impressed with Boomerang's work. Am also pleased to see that the awesome Vinne Penna is in the cast for their Native Speech (which I'm seeing next week with Eric B).

Forgot to mention that at Marie's last night was a historical pub crawl (that is, a crawl of historical pubs). They focus on the literary history of NYC. Sounds super-neat, I thought ceebeegee especially might want to check it out, with her love of NYC history. They're usually on weekends, but this was a special corporate group one. Eric, the host was cute (wearing a ring, though), so I went over to talk to him. He gave me his card, and told me all about it- it's a group of actors who do it to benefit their theatre company.
He said he's also worked with Emerging Artists Theatre on occasion- We don't think I've reviewed any of him, though (although I see carasol has).

Christine asked for my brutal opinion on The Importance of Being Earnest, so I gave it to her. I was polite, and tried to phrase things in non-judgemental ways. She thanked me, but I think she might have cherished some illusions that it was an entertaining show.
