Dude - our video was featured on BroadwayWorld yesterday!

Band Geek Hero t-shirts Get 'em while they rock!

Rehearsals going well. Friday night the show was over 2 hours long, and yesterday they managed, simply by picking up cues, to get it down to 100 minutes. Now we just need to shave off 10 more. Excellent.

Was heading home, waiting for the subway, when I remembered that Franca is now playing the Early Saturday shift at Marie's. Spur of the moment, I went. Had a great time.
Franca had her accordion, since she'd had a gig with Main Squeeze earlier. So she brought it out for "Tomorrow Belongs to Me", which was kickass, then we did "Oom-Pah-Pah", "Maybe This Time", and "Song on the Sand", all on the accordion. BRILLIANT.
Meeskite Marc bought me a drink, which was very nice of him, since I am po'. Stayed for a little Dexter, then had to go.

Ran into Franca and her friend Mike on the street as we were all leaving and they invited me along for dinner- Franca said she'd buy me dinner, since she'd not been able to come to my birthday party.
We went to Manatus, where I'd never been before, and didn't even know existed. A 24-hour-diner just blocks from Marie's. Crazy.
Mike was very entertaining, and eventually bought us both dinner. (or rather, breakfast- I had corned beef hash and eggs).
