Yay, August: Osage County won the Pulitzer Prize for Drama. Can't wait till I win one.
Just booked storage space starting Sunday morning. Gonna pack it all in there. They'll send a truck and driver, but I have to do the unloading myself. Anyone want to help? Probably be the afternoon by the time I get the truck there.
Since I'll be storing most of my costumes, I'll need to take out anything that might be needed for Prince Trevor (crowns, doublet, elephants, etc), as well as some hippie clothes for the party Sunday.
I'm busy this week. Reviewing
Sweet Mama Stringbean tonight (with
mollyx coming along!),
We Call Her Benny on Thursday,
37 Stones, or the Man Who Was a Quarry on Friday, recording with Mom Saturday, storage and party (for which I'm making a dessert) on Sunday. Whoo!
Then playwrighting Monday, Tuesday
Umbrella (which Glory just had to bail on, so I have an extra ticket again).
Wednesday is my day of rest.
Asked to see
Hostage Song on Thursday, but haven't heard anything from the PR folks. I should probably call. Of course, they have tons of great reviews already.
That Columbia production of Camino Real is next weekend, too.
Got an invitation to a Spotlight On reunion at 9th Avenue Bistro on the 20th. Sounds like fun.
