Just e-mailed my suggestion of "God Bless the USA (Proud to be an American)" as the song I'll sing as Doggleberry; Kyle said he'd thought of that last week, and was going to suggest it at rehearsal tonight. Eerie!
I think we have a wiener!
Got my hairs cut. I look foine. Beautiful intern noticed. *blush*
Just bought
Color Coded Criminals ,
Gasp! for
actress_in_nyc, and
Teddybear Loves Teddyboy, which wasn't on the poll because I didn't realize it was available in my size.
Forgot to mention when I was taking the subway with Laurie, we got on the topic of Macbeeth, and I mentioned that I really didn't care for Oberon's production, aside from the music and one of the actors (Banquo). She asked which actor, and it turns out they're friends! Crazy.
Just had this phone conversation:
Me: Hello, [Media Conglomerate].
Lady: What company is this?
Me: [Media Conglomerate].
Lady: That's the name of your company?
Me: Yes.
Lady: And you're in New York?
Me: Uh, yes.
Lady: Great, [Media Conglomerate]. I'm going to go Google you and find out what you do.
Me: If you say so.
Was starting to nod off at my desk, but a Pepsi seems to be helping with that.
My character description for the next Murder Mystery:
PHILIP MABONG
Record producer and celebrated playboy Philip Mabong is founder of the wildly successful C.T.& A. records, and has boosted many struggling bands into superstardom. He is best known for producing that immortal ode to the road "Born to be Vile," by Steppencrap. A hedonist of the highest order, Philip has embraced the hippie movement--and only produces music with messages of peace, love and chemical enlightenment. Most recently he has made rock artist Hedda Leiss the most successful female artist of the decade, and in fact has been Hedda's lover for several blissful years.
Costume Suggestion: Nehru jacket, bright sports coat with tie-dyed shirt, or ruffled shirt (or no shirt at all).
