Watched The Lady Eve, finally. It was highly enjoyable and fluffy. I actually guffawed a couple of times. Barbara Stanwyck rocks my world. The DVD version I got off EBay for $2 was actually, unbeknownst to me, from China, so there are Chinese subtitles (which can be turned off). Has posibilities for being turned into a musical.
Just picked up some cufflinks for The Spotlight On Awards on Sunday. Still dithering about whether or not I should get a whole new suit- there're a couple of men's outlet places around here that have majorly discounted suits. $59 doesn't sound too bad.
Not sure if I'm going to GirlyMan in Brooklyn tonight or not- I'm pretty tired, and have been fighting my allergies all week. I may just stay in and rest- the rest of the weekend is going to be stuff, stuff, stuff.
