Organizing Books?

I'm starting to have quite a library on my Kindle -- the vast majority of which is fanfic. I've never been a big fan of the Kindle's folder organization system, but I'm noticing that it's starting to get really unwieldy when I want to find something for a re-read now that I've got 100+ stories/books/things on there.

I'm wondering how you all organize your Kindle content and if you've got any tips and tricks to share?
